You may think it would be convenient if you could switch calendars quickly.
For example, let's suppose you are in a single view of an event entry. If you want to see this event in a calendar, you have to click "All Spaces" icon and then select "Calendar" tab.
After that, you may want to open your personal calendar. You have to click your name or avatar displayed in the top-right of the view, select "View Profile", then click "Calendar" tab.
How many clicks are required to switch these calendars? If you install this plugin, the answer is "only one click".
Install
Download the zip file from the link below.
Log in to your TeamPage server as a server administrator, open Server Settings > Plugins page, and upload the zip file.
You will see the "I18N ERROR". Don't worry. This "error" is just a notification that the language files included in the zip file are not loaded yet.
Open Server Settings > General > Manage Server page and click [Restart TeamPage] button. If your TeamPage server is hosted in Traction's cloud environment, you need to restart twice.
After restarting TeamPage server, open Server Settings > Plugins page again and the plugin is installed and displayed successfully.
How to use
The Calendar Links Sidebox appears in the sideber in most of all views in Proteus skin.
Click the top-right icon and the 1st-layer links (All Spaces, User Profile, and Spaces) to collapse / expand the menu.
Configurations
Default settings to collapse/expand menu
Click [Configure] link to open the plugin's configuration view.
Server admins and each user can change the default settings.
Order of the sideboxes
The order of the sideboxes follows the order of the plugins displayed in Server Settings > Plugins page. If you want to display the Calendars List sidebox first, Bookmark as the second, and Spaces as the third, order these plugins as following.
