Title: Where can I find Traction Help and Examples ?

Here's a short list of getting started references installed on your Traction server, and available on the Web.

The Getting Traction guide (Adobe Acrobat PDF format) provides a quick overview of how to publish articles, apply labels, make comments, and send emails using Traction. You can find this Guide on your server by clicking the Help link on any page. The most current version is always at Customer134 on Traction Software's Customer Support page.

For information on installing, launching, or uninstalling your Traction server, see the PDF document Installing Traction. You can find this Guide on your server by clicking the Help link on any page. The most current version is always at Customer291

Customer300 is a checklist that steps through the Traction download, installation and setup process very quickly.

Starting with Release 2.8, Traction installers include a sample Communicator Journal designed to walk through the process of configuring your Traction server; it's good for TeamPage-15 and TeamPage customers too.

You can link to Traction's online help by clicking the Help at the top or bottom of any Traction web page. Online Help includes links the the Setup, Getting Traction, and Installing Traction documents that are installed on your Traction Server (no external Internet access is required).
