This preference lets users activate or deactivate email notification
for events triggered by themselves. For
example, if an email notifier is configured to notify users articles are
edited in the Engineering project, changing this preference's value to
"yes" for a particular user will allow them to receive an email
notification of their own edits to articles in the Engineering project.
