Title: Name Articles by Default

In projects where you want to encourage, but not require, wiki page naming, set this value to Yes. (another setting, Require Articles in This Project to Have at Least One Name will, instead, force page naming in a project).

This setting determines whether the Allow Links to This Article by Name checkbox in the Article Editor is checked by default. If set to "yes," the checkbox will be checked and when articles are posted, the article's title will be used as a wiki Page Name.

Note that when the checkbox is checked, the link to the right will change from Add names to Edit names and show how many names have been assigned to the article. Clicking the Edit Names link will allow the user to add additional names or edit existing names for this page.

This setting works in conjunction with the Require Articles in This Project to Have at Least One Name setting.
