The "Recipients of Server Digests" setting on the Server Setup | Email page's Digest tab can cause performance problems on the Server Setup | Email page in deployments with a large number of users. In a previous release, we set a maximum ceiling of 25 users before this setting would disappear, requiring server digest subscription status for users to be managed on individual users' Personal Setup | Subscriptions pages. In this release, we raised that ceiling from 25 users to 500 users. (Forum2338)
Changed the default refresh period for the document management folder view from 30 seconds to 0 seconds, effectively shutting off automatic refresh, avoiding performance problems in some deployments with large folders. Users and server administrators can still adjust this setting to their liking, re-enabling automatic folder refresh. (cvs38043)

In TeamPage 4.0 and earlier, users of Internet Explorer used to be able to drag and drop links to TeamPage articles into the body of a articles and comments they were composing or editing in order to make a link to the article. Support for this feature was lost in TeamPage 4.1. This release restores support for this feature. (Forum2640)

Fixed a problem for some customers who may be using the file system based database for attachments instead of the WebDAV database. Some of these customers who would upgrade from TeamPage 4.153 or earlier to TeamPage 4.154 or later would see that their attachments would appear to have gone missing.
