This log describes changes since version 4.000017 (4.0 build 17), which was the first generally available version of 4.0.
Changes in Build 19
• Fixed problem where FAST Search results in the Simple skin did not show next and previous links for navigating through search results (Server38892).
• Fixed support for linking to global wiki names. You can now link to global wiki names with "[[*:Page Name Here]]" (Server39037).
• Eliminated errors and warnings when changing the case of wiki page names (Server39054).
• Access to exact entry views now require read history permission, not edit permission.
• Internationalized remaining resources and updated Japanese translation.
• Removed reserved "names" relationship from the relationship dialog.
Changes between final pre-FCS release (Build 17) and FCS (Build 18)
• Provide a friendly message in the link dialog when attempting to link to files that don't exist (NHSUK161).
• Fixed conflict warning messages when submitting an article that tries to bind to a name that is already bound (Server38570).
• Added support for displaying page names and page name operations in the Simple skin (Server37264) and print skin (Server37264).
• The escape button can now be used to cancel project completion in the project completer dialog used in the FAST Search page (Server38414).
• Traction now preserves FONT tags unless they have no children (Server34758).
• Spruced up the layout of the new entry and edit forms.
• Eliminated some layout issues associated with very long project display names (FDA14).
• Fix the simple skin so that it doesn't always navigate to an empty search results view (Server38777).
• Fix an IE7 layout problem where the page footer sometimes appeared in odd locations. (changeset 6ef2e5b6af9a).
• Fixed a problem causing profile pictures not to display when the server ran on Windows (Server38813).
• Fixed Javascript error that prevented inserting images (Server38815).
• Fixed problem where forward links appeared grey in projects that did not have moderation enabled (Server38826).
• Fixed profile views for usernames that included spaces (BCG1591).
• Fixed a problem where profile sections sometimes included articles authored by Visitor (Server38832).
• Fixed a problem where changes to the shared templates server setting didn't take effect until a server restart (Server38828).
• Fixed a problem where the project default for whether or not to name an article sometimes overrode the user's explicit selection (Server38847).
• Fixed the geometry of the name chooser dialog (Server36337).
• Make onchange into onclick for Link-by-Names checkbox in edit views. Previously, the state change didn't take effect in IE6/IE7 until the input lost focus (changeset 20904).
