cvs28712 Made changes to improve compatibility with WebDAV on Windows Vista. These improvements address some, but not all, outstanding issues, and require a Microsoft Hotfix to be applied. The hotfix changes were not reflected in the latest Vista SP 1 Release Candidate we tested, but we have heard that the hotfix may still be included in the final service pack release.
