| Fixed a longstanding issue where
editing the default Recent Articles newspage section in Server Setup
would prevent you from being able to create a single default section
definition that would be correctly evaluated in each project. Now a new
project option appears in the sections editor, "Current Project", which
will be correctly evaluated in each project. A similar change was made
for selecting topics as well. |

stylesheet problem where the height of the left, middle, and right
columns might not be long enough to display all the content in the left
column (e.g. very long label lists), leading to clipped content.
Now the content should all appear in the view. |

URLS were not fully qualified in outgoing email messages and other
