This plug-in implements simple reporting so that administrators can easily review what users are subscribed to activity for any given space, user, tag or document (file or folder). The reports are only accessible to users who have appropriate permissions (Server Setup or Space Setup permissions, as appropriate). Users allowed to access the reports will see links in the side column just below their own subscriptions controls.
Install
Click the link below to download com.traction.form.qa-NN.zip file. (NN means the version number.)
Upload the zip file in Server Settings > Plugins page.
After uploading, you will see the following I18N ERROR. Don't worry. This error means "you need to restart TeamPage server to load the I18N resources (language files)."
Click [Restart TeamPage] in Server Settings > General > Manage Server page. If your TeamPage server is hosted in Traction's cloud environment, you will need to restart your server twice to load the I18N resources correctly.
After restarting, you will see that the plugin's name show up correctly.
How to use
Go to the Dashboard view of a space and a user etc and you will find the "Subscribers" box shows up in the sidebar. Click the "Show Report Table" button.
Note: This box shows up only when you have an appropriate permission, e.g. Server Administrator and/or Space Administrator.
Note: As the picture below, if you move your cursor on the button, the help tip will show up.
The report view shows up and the table will let you know who is watching the target item. Clicking a link in the table will navigate you to the target user's profile page.
