Register and share the schedule of when, where, and who will use specific equipment such as the projectors and whiteboards.

Click the link below to download com.traction.event.reservationequipment-NN.zip file. (NN means the version number.)
Install
Upload the zip file in Server Settings > Plugins page.
After uploading, you will see the following I18N ERROR. Don't worry. This error means "you need to restart TeamPage server to load the I18N resources (language files)."
Click [Restart TeamPage] in Server Settings > General > Manage Server page. If your TeamPage server is hosted in Traction's cloud environment, you will need to restart your server twice to load the I18N resources correctly.
After restarting, you will see that the plugin's name show up correctly.
All set!
Display Tab
Select [Eqpt Rsrv] and move it to the right area in Space Settings > Settings > Display > Proteus Space Tabs or Server Settings > Defaults > Journal > Proteus Server Tabs, and the "Eqpt Rsrv" tab will show up.
Here is an example of the "Eqpt Rsrv" tab.
Note: Since I am not a native English speaker, I am not sure which is better, "Equipment Reservation", "Reservation of Equipment", "Reserve Equipment" or something else, and I thought the tab label should not be too long. This is why I put "Eqpt Rsrv" there. Please let me know what you recommend.
Feed Sub-tab
In the "Feed" sub-tab, the new reservation entries show up in a list. You can filter the entries by selecting a specific option in the "Equipment" drop-down list.
Calendar sub-tab
In the "Calendar" sub-tab, the reservation entries show up in a calendar.
This calendar shows the equipment reservation entries only. The other events (including the normal event entries) don't show up here.
There is a configuration which controls whether the equipment reservation entries should show up in the normal calendar (in the "Calendar" tab). Please check the "Show Equipment Reservation Entries in Normal Calendar" configuration.
Configurations
Click the "Configure" link to open the configuration view.
Please read the explanations on the view.
The color settings are implemented per a request from one of the Japanese customers. They wanted to specify a color per equipment item. For example, when a user selects the equipment ABC, the reservation entries show up in the calendar should have the same color.
If set the following colors and select "yes" in the "Color Right Border of Calendar Items" setting, the reservation entries with the 1st item defined in the "Equipment Tag Group" will have the red right-border in the calendar.
