Upload the zip file in Server Settings > Plugins page.

After uploading, you will see the I18N error as following. But don't worry. This error means "you need to restart TeamPage server to load the I18N resources (language files)."

I18N ERROR

Click [Restart TeamPage] in Server Settings > General > Manage Server page. If your TeamPage server is hosted in Traction's cloud environment, you will need to restart your server twice to load the I18N resources correctly.

After restarting, you will see that the plugin's name show up correctly.

How to use

Let's suppose the user "Ad Min" just posted a status update entry with "@mention" to the user "Ichihara".

Admin's status update

Ichihara got the notification from Admin. (This picture below is a screenshot taken in Gmail.)

You see the buttons between the body text and the comment box. Click one of them to make a "next action".

Ichihara's Gmail

This time, Ichihara clicked the "p1" button and the new message window popped up. Look at the subject.

Creating a new task

When the message is sent and posted in TeamPage, you will be see the original entry and the task like this.

Configurations

Click [Configure] to open the configuration view.

Configure

Server admins can modify the CSS applied to the buttons. For example, if you want to get the buttons red and rounded, replace the existing CSS with the following description.

color: #fff; text-decoration: none; border-radius: 16px; -webkit-border-radius: 16px; -moz-border-radius: 16px; background-color: #c00; border: 12px solid #c00; display: inline-block;

Red and rounded buttons

Server admins and each user can modify the templates automatically inserted into a subject and a body text with using the following parameters.
