How to install
Log in to your TeamPage as a server administrator and open Server Setup > Plugins page.
Choose the .
zip file to install.
Conform that the plugin [Conference Note Form] appears in the installed plugins list.
How to use
Form
After installation, click the "New Conference Note" link in the addmenu.
The form has these special fields.
Subject = Fill in the title of the meeting.
Locaiton = Write where the meeting was held.
Date = The date of the meeting. You can choose the date by using the calendar dialog.
Participants = Select the user(s) who participated in the meeting.
Other Participants = Fill in the information of the other people who participated in and don't have TeamPage account(s).
Single View
After submission, you will see the entry like this below.
The subject, location, date, participants etc should be displayed in the table in the entry.
The tag "ConferenceNotes" should be applied to the entry automatically. (The tag name can be specified in the configurations view.

Settings
Click the title or [Configure] link in the plugin item in the list.
You will see the plugin settings view like this.
You can change the template of the title.
The tag "ConferenceNotes" which is applied to the entry automatically can be changed here.
