The unlock function is available to the lock holder only. If
for some reason a lock must be rescinded, a system administrator can steal
the lock:
The system administrator may then release the lock using the "unlock"
button, or maintain it as necessary. Please use this
feature with caution, especially if a Microsoft Office application may
be the locking agent, as stealing the lock from a Microsoft Office application
will confuse TeamPage's autoversioning feature.
