Title: Show Checkbox on Login Form for Encode Login with IP Address
If yes, a checkbox will appear on the login form which allows the user
to decide to have their login encoded with the IP address. The value for
the Encode Login with IP Address
setting will serve as the default value for the checkbox. Allowing a user
to decide will allow users connecting from behind certain routers to disable
this feature.
