When a user is using the email reply feature to reply to an email message,
the "from" address is initially from their preferred email address.
This project
preference allows an initial value to be specified that universally overrides
the initial "from" address for email replies to entries in a
particular project.
For example, it may be desirable for replies to articles emailed to
the InBox project to always be listed as having originated from the InBox
project's email address. In
