Next we will create the permissions that define who is allowed to access and administer your server. In order to do this, we will need to use the Server ACL editor. This section describes how to get there.
The Server ACL editor is accessible from the UI or from the administrative Server Setup views.
From the UI, click Permissions under Server
From the administrative Server Setup UI, click Access Control List (ACL):
This will pop up the Server Access Control List editor window.
