Start with an entry that does not include an image attachment.
First update adds reference to image @1, but does not include an attachment (broken image shown).
Edit the entry again. Note that the reference to the missing image is show as "[[image Demo99@1]]" - the Traction ID of the updating entry, not the Traction ID of the root entry being updated. It should be recorded as "[[image Demo98@1]]".
Add the missing attachment @1. Although Demo99@1 is now defined, because the missing image reference is bound to the update, rather than the original entry,
Workaround. Delete the Traction id part of the broken image to read "[[image @1]]", and resubmit. This time the RS reference is bound to the Traction id of the orignal entry, and is correctly resolved.
