The following document outlines a specification
for a plug-in for Windows that allows instant publishing to the Traction
System. The idea is that there are a number of users who can publish to a
collection of sections of a newspaper with a format that is thought out.
There is a master front page that contains global headlines and also headlines
for each of the sections.
The
publish model is based upon the idea that when you are in a document you can
right click and immediately have the item (either whole or part) be placed into
a subsection of the newspaper and also into your private repository at the same
time with a limited number of keystrokes.
