TeamPage 6.2.76 is focused on a small number of bug fixes and improvements, including drag-and-drop support for changing task start or due dates using a Gantt chart view. Note: this release includes some changes that were mistakenly mentioned in the change log for version 6.2.72; we apologize for that mistake. Please read on for the full list of changes.

Bug Fixes

General

• Fixed the id= attributes on some of the standard components in the side column of the Proteus skin to avoid duplicate values. This makes it possible to create custom CSS rules to correctly target specific components. (Proteus18215)

• Fixed a bug that prevented an email notification from being sent to a user who was mentioned in an edit to an existing entry. (JPBO44926)

Style and Layout

• Fixed an issue that caused entry titles to appear on a separate line from their to-do/done checkbox in task list views. (Proteus18563: The todo checkbox and task title are line-broken in the task list in an expanded feed goal/milestone)

• Fixed a minor issue that caused an extra margin to appear at the top of some avatar images when viewed on some mobile devices. (Proteus17767: There is a small gray margin in the top of the user avatar on Safari/Chrome on iPhone)

• Fixed a minor issue that could, in some rare cases, cause extra vertical spacing to appear beneath tabs used for, e.g., navigation. (Proteus18353: Entry tabs (body-tabs) has a unnecessary bottom border and heights can be different between English and Japanese)

• Fixed a regression introduced in a recent version of TeamPage that caused extra line breaks to appear in facet filter links offered in the side column of TeamPage's Advanced Search views. (Proteus18580: Please review and adjust the layout of the facet filter options for external search views)

• Fixed TeamPage's login page so that the text and other components of the page scale properly when viewed on mobile devices. (Proteus17651: The Proteus login and logout forms are too small on mobile devices (e.g., Takashi's iPhone12))

• Fixed some inconsistencies in the sizes of buttons in various TeamPage interfaces. All buttons should now be sized the same regardless of the locale/language (e.g., US English vs. Japanese), and where they appear. (Proteus18288: The button heights are not the same based on button vs a.button and inner content ASCII vs Japanese characters)

Improvements

Gantt Chart Plug-in

This is an optional plug-in that adds Gantt charts to projects and milestones. You can download it from this page.

• Added support for changing task start and due dates by dragging and dropping the ends of the task bars. By default, this capability is available to users who are allowed to edit a given task, but administrators can further restrict its usage by designating an group of permitted users via a plug-in setting.

Timeline

This plug-in adds a new tab to every entry that can be used to review all activity related to the entry in chronological order. You can download it from this page.

• Added a link that allows easy access to the comment form. (JPBO23649)

• Fixed a bug that caused the project and milestone links in this view to navigate to the wrong pages. (JPBO35328)

• Added left indents to the task and event entries in the timeline view to make it easier to see when a new task or event was forked from the main thread. (JPBO41892)

• Added a new setting that governs whether the comment-target quotation shows up only when the context changes. (JPBO22277)

• Modified the display of task assignees appearing in this view to include user avatar images. (JPBO44877)

Data Tables

This plug-in adds dynamic table capabilities, such as paging, sorting and filtering. It allows power users to create custom tables of entries of interest, in a manner similar to section tables. These capabilities are also used in some other plug-ins. You can download it from this page.

• Fixed a minor regression introduced in TeamPage 6.2.72 that prevented the height of the table from being automatically adjusted in certain cases.
