This version of Traction® TeamPage is focused on bug fixes and other small improvements.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a long standing limitation that prevented target entries for Export, Print Version, or Email Articles from appearing in the same moderation mode (i.e., Draft or Published states) as they were in the page from which the user launched the action. The published version might appear even though the user had been viewing the draft version, or vice versa. This was most likely to happen when launching these actions from a single entry view. (Server77292)

• Fixed a bug that could prevent the "Draft Mode" On/Off controls from having any effect. In some cases, when the user would click the "On" or "Off" link to toggle the moderation mode between Draft Preview Mode and Published Mode, the mode would not switch. This would be most likely to happen in a single entry view. (Proteus12051)

• Fixed a regression in TeamPage 6.1.03 that prevented many of the form controls in the Email Articles view, such as "Include links into TeamPage" or "Include Tags" from working. (Server77164)

• Fixed a bug that could prevent some custom forms from loading due to unexpected characters appearing in the tag names that were used to populate some form fields. (Server77229)

• Fixed a bug that prevented custom form fields used to offer the user a choice of tag from appearing if the configuration data that specified the tag names was internationalized. (Server77282)

• Fixed an issue that could prevent drag and drop uploading of files into a form being used to create or edit an entry from working properly when there were sufficiently many attachments. The underlying problem was related to URL length. The symptoms of the failure would vary depending upon the specifics of the TeamPage deployment and configuration, but in general, the upload would fail, and it would not be possible to add further attachments to the entry. (Proteus12031)

• Fixed an issue that could prevent the Insert/Edit Image, Insert/Edit Link and Insert/Edit Widget controls from working in a form when there were sufficiently many attachments. This problem was also related to URL length, with variable deployment/configuration-sensitive symptoms. (Server73272 / Server77283)

• Modified security related to being allowed to know about relationships/references between two entries so that permission to read the two entries is sufficient to see the relationship, even if the user only has permission to read the entries by virtue of having Read Own permission in the containing space. Previously, for example, a task that was created via the hover menu's "Task" link might not appear to be linked to the entry with which it was associated if the requesting user only had "Read Own" permission, and not Read Published permission, in the containing space. (Server77295)

• Fixed a bug that could prevent some errors from being reported to the requesting user. (Server77312)

• Fixed a layout issue with the "Filter" menu that could happen when the side column is shown on the left side of the page instead of the right side. (JPBO8172)

• Fixed an issue related to the omission of project and milestone "locator" information for tasks and events that are "nested" on other tasks or events that might give the viewing user the impression that those nested tasks and events belonged to the same project or milestone that the current page happens to be focused on. This "locator" information is now always displayed for expanded and collapsed feed-style renderings appearing in context for nested tasks and events.

• Fixed a bug that prevented the "Project" and "Milestone" filters from working properly. (Proteus11991)

• Restored the "View Thread" link that used to appear in the expanded feed rendering of comments, and which was accidentally removed in a previous release. (Server77354)

Other Changes

General

• The text version of the email digest has been updated. This version now uses the same section definitions that would be used to generate the content for any other email digest. (JPBO7945)

• When editing a setting that governs the list of tag names to appear in a tag field for a custom form, an error will now be reported when one or more tag names are invalid, or when there are other problems with the setting value. (Server77230)

• Improved the handling of failed drag and drop file uploads. Previously, certain types of failures could cause users to see errors, or for the form where the drag and drop uploading was taking place to become partially or completely inoperative, or to enter an uncertain state which may prevent the user from continuing to use that form. Now, users should at least see a popup dialog that indicates that there was an error, and they will be able to continue using the form to create or edit an entry, etc. (Proteus11983)

• The entry details that appear in the context of PDF Export, Print Version and Email Articles all now include a clear indicator when the entry is in the draft state. (Server77374)

• The visual style of the "Date Selector" and "Draft Mode" controls that appear in the side columns of applicable pages are now easier to understand. Previously, the way the link buttons appeared may have been confusing due to the similarities with "slider" control appearance idioms. It is now clearer which element is the one that is currently selected or active in the current page.

• The moderation status (Draft/Published/Rejected) indicator, and of the moderation controls (used to publish, make draft or reject the version of an entry) has been given a new look.

i18n

• The Bookmarks plug-in has now been completely internationalized. (Proteus12034)

• The words "Filtering by" in search display indicator that is displayed when search filters are active has been internationalized. (JPBO8175)

For Developers

• Added support for retrieving form bootstrap properties via the property.* tags when evaluating the SDL named by a Field configuration's value_sdl= property in order to determine the default value for the field. (Proteus12055)
