Metrics
• People with permissions to see metrics reports now have a link to the metrics report in the sidebar of their dashboard.
• Added new reports to metrics: Spaces with No Activity, Total Reads, Total Writes.
• The previous and next links in the metrics report now function correctly when the default skin is set to Proteus. (Proteus3353)

• TeamPage 5.0 now supports the TIP 2 as well as the TIP 3. TIP 2 was previously supported only by TeamPage 4.1 and older releases; support was dropped in 4.2, and re-added in 5.0 and a forthcoming 4.2 patch.
