Access permission: Articles can only be seen by users who have access permission to the project in which an article is posted. Access permission does allow read permission, it only makes it possible. If a user has Access permission, then their ability to see an article is governed by the following three factors:
Read permission: Articles are visible to all people with Overview of the Space ACL Editor permission in the project to which an article was posted.
Read Own Articles permission: Articles are visible to the person who posted the article if that person has been granted Overview of the Space ACL Editor permission in the project.
Cross project labeling: When an article is labeled with a label from another project, the article becomes visible to the readers of that project as well.
