Title: Support for Published/Draft Articles (Activate Draft/Moderation Support)

Clicking this button activates support for moderated authoring and publishing for this project. See Page and Comment Moderation for an overview of how Traction supports these capabilities.

Moderation Permissions Have No Role Until This Button is Pressed: Any Permission ACLs (see Space Setup - Permissions)that relate to moderation have no actual impact in a project until this button is pressed. However, best practice suggests that you set permissions as-if you will have moderation in the future. This will make it easier to make the transition when and if you need to activate draft support.

Activating Draft Support is a one-way operation. You can not De-activate draft support / moderation. However, you can set the permissions and defaults (e.g. setting defaults such that all articles and comments are automatically in published state when posted) in such a way that evidence of the moderation features is minimized in the interface.

The Published/Draft Moderation Support Described Here is Not the Same as Save Draft and Load Draft features: The Add New Article Form has a Save Draft / Load Draft feature (see Doc5: Add New Article) which is not related to publish/draft moderation. That feature auto-saves content in your editor as you work on articles or comments. Those drafts are "local" to the user and not visible to anyone else.
