When enabled, the password form expands when a user clicks Forgot
your Password? to provide a text box into which they can
type their email address or account name. If a match is found in Traction,
a change password link good for one hour is mailed to the corresponding
email address.
You can disable the password recovery features by setting this option
to no.
This removes the "Forgot your password?" option from the login
page.
