When you type a cross-reference (or "citation") in an article,
e.g.
it is normally displayed as a hyperlink that shows the current title
of the article linked to:
If you don't have permission to see the article linked to, it displays
as ordinary text.
If you want to preserve the hyperlink, but don't want to show the title
by default, you can set this option to No.
The resulting view will then look like:
