Traction records time in GMT. Traction's default time zone will be based
on time zone set for the computer Traction runs on. If the computer is
located in a different time zone from most users, you can set the default
time zone to the time zone where the users are. Users
who use your server from different time zones can specify their own time
zone, and dates and times will be displayed relative to their time zone.
