In plain text edit mode, users have the option of checking the "Plain
Text" checkbox. When
activated, this option makes it so that users do not have to manually
add HTML <BR> tags when they want line breaks; instead, they only
have to press enter to insert a normal line break, and Traction will replace
it with a <BR> when the article is displayed.
This preference allows users to set the default state of the "Plain
Text" checkbox.
